Go to the "Booking" page and fill out the tattoo application. Your form will be reviewed within 7-10 days and you will receive an email that either approves your request at which point we will either ask for further information & refrence photos, or denies the request and offers an artist that will be able to help you with your request!

Currently Kailah is booking around a year in advance and is wanting to only be booked closer to 6 months out. Because of this and just not having any free time for herself she is needing to greatly reduce the number of clients shes taking on. So because she cant say yes to every project she is only taking on projects that offer her full creative freedom, projects that inspire her creativly and subject matter that interest her.

-Kailah is currently only accepting tattoos that offer full creative freedom and contain subjects of interest to her. So being open and trusting that she will give you the best tattoo she can is the most important thing she looks for in new clientele. -Don't be a dick... If you are rude or pushy or make her uncomfortable you will not be chosen. -Ask to get one of her original flash designs! -Inquire about tattoos that include things she likes to tattoo! Examples include- Flowers, Animals, Human characters, Dark, evil and creepy things, Bugs, Skulls, Crystals, Nerdy things, Pets and pet memorials, arts and crafts, mythical creatures and beasts and Japanese themes, etc. -Kailah is currently not accepting the following subject matter - Landscapes, Trees, Mountians ( unless its a very small section of the tattoo ) compasses, pocket watches, flags, feathers, tribal, celtic knots, names, buildings or cityscapes, logos, sports, dreamcatchers, chakra, pheonix, religious themes, skin rips, vehicles.

Deposits are a form of protection for Kailah and her staff. Deposits tell us that you are commited to getting your tattoo and that we will not be wasting time with prep work if you decide to no-show or not get your tattoo. There is alot of work that goes into your tattoo before you arrive to your appointment and that is all work that we dont get paid for without a deposit. Things like ordering specifc supplies, cleaning and sanitizing, drawing, re-drawing, HOURS of back and forth emails and calendar management, paying an assistant to help manage all of this, paying card transaction and hosting fees for taking the deposit and so much more... That is what your deposit is for and all of that takes place whether you get the tattoo or not. And worse case scenario if you just no-show your appointment then at least we got paid something for going to work that day. Deposits are transferable to diffrent days though if you give us at least 72 hour notice that you need to move your appointment. However they only cover the tattoo that was origianally approved and scheduled. Why? because Kailah only accepts specific projects this prevents people from sneaking into her schedule with projects that she would not have originally accepted.

No, there is no waitlist. Cutting the line isnt fair to everyone else who has been waiting...

Kailah does not send out drawings to clients prior to the appointment. All drawings are done for the day of the appointment or drawn directly onto the skin. This does require a lot of trust which is extremely appreciated! Additionally, Kailah does not do drawings for clients who will not be getting tattooed by her. She also asks that you do not steal her work and take copies to someone else to tattoo.

Make sure you want the tattoo you are asking for before scheduling. ​ Kailah has the right to refuse to tattoo you if she is put in an uncomfortable or unsafe situation. You will loose your deposit and be banned from the shop in this circumstance. ​ ​ CANCELATIONS You can cancel your appointment at anytime if needed. If cancelled 72 hours or more in advance, your deposit will be saved for future use for the scheduled tattoo. Your deposit will only be valid for the piece that you scheduled, if you want something different you will need to re-submit the application and put a new deposit down if accepted. ​ Deposits are transferable to different days if you need to reschedule. Please give us at least 72 hour notice prior to your appointment that you need to reschedule. They are not transferable between friends, your deposit is for your tattoo only. ​ Please be aware that when scheduling your appointments there is a possibility that you may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen events. Unfortunately Kailah has chronic illnesses that she fights with every single day and some days are harder than others. Currently Kailah is booking 8-10 months in advance, however, we are currently working on reducing that wait time by only selecting a few new projects at a time.

Kailah is a very effecient tattooer so she can get ALOT done in very little time. Because of this she has a half day minimum with hourly rates for pieces taking 4+ hours Half days are $600 Hourly is $180 for large pieces These rates are set so even if your tattoo only takes 1 hour you will need to schedule a half day and pay the full half day rate. For example, Kailah can usually finish a black and grey half - 3/4 sleeve in one full day and tattoos 6-8 inches tall in one half day session. (depending on details) you will be given a more accurate price quote after you submit your tattoo application.
